I always like to get lost here, the Knobischnitzel is a stunner, but there are many more home-style Swabian dishes that you won't often find in small towns. If the chef is a trained butcher, you simply have a carefree feeling while feasting.

Because of our stroller, we were put in the next room (whether it was Corona or the square in the main room, I can't say). Of course we didn't care. After we were asked about our miserable food (schnitzel from the deep fryer ?! bad packet sauce, Maggi bottle apparently dropped into potato salad, Kässpätzle bland and dry etc.), if everything was ok (plates were still full) we expressed our criticism. The boss absolutely did not want to hear this and replied to us that it was and always has been. Zero criticism, because afterwards it was loudly blasphemed about us. I really wonder how such good reviews come about. As I have now learned from friends, this restaurant is known for packet sauce and unfriendly landlady.

The main meal, a cordon bleu was in good taste, but asking for € 15.50 is questionable, but that's not the point. The plate came with french fries, the cordon bleu and a mug of cranberry jam. The jam was simply not tasty. Here comes the crux of the evaluation. The salad under the mug was recycled from a side salad ... Carrot salad and red cabbage hung on the 5 individual salad leaves, which was only on the side salad. In addition, the salad was made up and even had some brown spots ... Just the idea that I had someone else's salad on my plate was enough to spoil my appetite. Something like that is not possible and should not happen if you ask for so much money. Therefore still nice meant 2 stars. Edit: I am a fan of the thoughts, so well cared for a person, so they also do their job. When the cook came over to check on the right one, an unshaven man in dirty sweatpants and a T-shirt was standing in front of us ... Very good that he came over, but if you do something like that, you should be dressed accordingly and at least clever Wear pants.
